Setup & Operation

  1. Pour your metal powder consumables directly into the powder inlet hopper located on top of the machine (hopper capacity is 200g).
  2. Connect the included power cord securely to the power input and turn the main switch ON.
  3. Press the [HEAT ON] button on the remote or menu panel to begin the 4-minute preheating cycle. The "HEAT" indicator will flash until ready.
  4. Once the "READY" light stays on steadily, the machine has reached the correct temperature.
  5. Use the 8-button wireless remote or your DMX console to select your desired spray height (gears 1-4) and trigger the spark effect.

Please Notice - Consumables Not Included: The metal powder required to generate the sparks must be purchased separately. Do not block or cover the spraying port while the machine is working.
