ACS Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ACS. We take pride in the quality of our stage and event equipment, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for new, unused products in original packaging and resalable condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Returns That Cannot Be Accepted

  • Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear.
  • Returns based on personal preferences such as effect intensity or color style after use.
  • Unauthorized package refusals or unnotified returns will not be refunded.
  • Logistics delays outside of our control do not qualify for full refunds.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products. If your item arrives damaged or does not work as intended, we will provide replacement parts or a full unit exchange depending on the situation. Exchanges are not offered for non-defective items or changes of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or malfunctions during use, please contact us immediately:

  • Provide your order number, photos, or videos showing the issue.
  • We offer free replacement parts within the warranty period.
  • In certain cases, full unit replacement or exchange may be offered based on technician assessment.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address details.
  • Re-delivery fees will apply if items are returned due to recipient unavailability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@anycasegear.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process within 1–2 business days.
  3. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us by mail. We do not accept in-person drop-offs or store returns.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds (minus restocking fee if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days, and exchanges will be arranged as quickly as possible.
