Will this machine cause a fire or set off a smoke alarm?
Our spark machines can be used indoors and outdoors. As long as it is kept at a relatively safe distance, it will not cause a fire or cause the smoke alarm to go off. Our machine is equipped with a safety channel; when the machine is tilted more than 45 degrees, the spark machine will immediately stop working to improve the safety of use.
Do I need a security clearance to use the spark machine?
From the customers we have worked with in Europe, America, and other countries, there is no need to obtain security clearance to use our machines.
How high can the spray be?
Indoor powder can spray 1-3M; Outdoor powder can spray 2-5M.
What are the control modes?
This model is controlled via DMX 512. Some other models may also include wireless remote control.
What is the consumable used?
The consumable is Titanium Alloy powder, available in indoor and outdoor versions which determine the spray height.
How long does one bag of powder last?
One 200g bag can provide 15-20 minutes of continuous spray time.
Can I adjust the height of the spark?
Yes, you can adjust the spray height using a DMX controller via Channel 2.
Can I control multiple machines at once?
Yes. You can control multiple machines with a single DMX controller. Simply set the address code on each machine.

Why can't the machine preheat?
Possible reasons include: 1) The heater is broken, 2) There is a mainboard issue, or 3) The temperature probe is faulty.
Can this machine be used upside down?
No, only specially designated hanging spark machines can be used upside down.
What happens if I connect more than 6 machines?
Connecting more than 6 machines to a single power circuit may cause damage or fire due to excessive current draw.
What is the pre-heating time?
The initial preheating time is 4-6 minutes. Subsequent warm-ups are much faster, taking about 1 second for every degree of temperature needed from its last use.
What is the temperature of the spark?
The spark temperature is controlled by a detector and is typically around 40-60°C, making it safe.
